Clean recipe: Quinoa porridge - Vegan, Gluten free

1 ½ Cups of boiled Quinoa, al dante (choose your preferred type of Quinoa. Cooked quinoa keeps in the fridge for ab=round a week or the freezer for a few months)

(Optional) ½ Cup of hazelnut, cashew or almond milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon Chia seeds/flakes

1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

¼ cup snap frozen blueberries

1 chopped banana (small)

1 tablespoon of toasted coconut flakes

2 tablespoons of coconut cream

If you are organised enough, soak the Quinoa in your chosen nut milk and the chia seeds overnight. Otherwise combine only quinoa and chia seeds with berries, cinnamon, banana and maple syrup. Microwave the mix for 20-30 seconds until warm. Add remaining ingredients and anything else you enjoy such as nuts or dried fruit. Enjoy this delicious, light yet sustaining breakfast for a focused and satisfied start to your day.
