Many people experience fear around back bends and there is a misconception due to the name, "back bends" that they are about bending the spine. In this workshop we will:
- Establish correct alignment for entering back bends/extensions
- Prepare and open the body for extensions
- Explore a number of different types of back bends
- Have fun and learn how your body works
Workshops are generally smaller than classes and go for longer so that each student receives one on one attention to ensure they are progressing accurately.
