Pre-natal Yoga is a great way to nurture the body as it transitions through the term of pregnancy. Physically and mentally prepare yourself and create a sense of calm and wellness for you and your developing baby.
You must be in your second or third trimester to attend this course.
What: Hip and shoulder opening, stretching, relaxation using mindfulness techniques and lots of TLC for the body.
Where: Girl Guides Hall Laburnum
