Back bends have a powerful healing capacity for the spine and other musculo-skeletal issues when practiced safely and according too your body. There is an element of freedom that unravels when we overcome any fears associated with back bends.
The workshop includes some flowing sequences to loosen, stretch and prepare for extensions. Each student receives individual attention for personalised alignment and guidance. There is time for self paced repetition, Q & A and resting in between postures.
